Avocet Park is a site of circa 25 acres with outline planning consent for up to 480,000 sq ft. of industrial/warehouse space, available to let on a “build to suit” basis. Located immediately off the A13 junction at Ferry Lane, it offers a range of sizes from 25,000 sq. ft. up to 410,000 sq. ft.

For this commercial project ABC Fencing completed the fencing for half of the units whilst the rest are still under construction. Over 400m Twin Bar SR1 Mesh was requested for the boundary of the units. Along with this we fixed a matching twin bar manual gate. For more perimeter protection we reinstalled 50m of Steel Palisade fencing, a tough and sturdy yet cost effective solution. 

As for the main gate to the complex ABC erected a Manual Cantilever Gate, designed to an SR1 rating, yet manually manoeuvred. Cantilever gate systems are often chosen for industrial or commercial installations due to the robustness of the cantilever mechanism which provides a high degree of security.

Lastly, ABC supplied and installed our classic Hit and Miss Bin Store and a Cycle Shelter.
